Wedding Details
FULL-DAY WEDDINGS at The River Place can be booked at any time for any available future date—so whether you're planning well in advance or just starting your journey, we’d love to help you secure the perfect day.
PRIVATE EVENTS, such as micro-weddings, elopements, rehearsal dinners and other events that don’t require a full-day rental are welcome to book Monday through Thursday at any time. For Friday, Saturday or Sunday private event bookings, availability opens up 6 months in advance based on our wedding calendar.

As a popular wedding venue in the heart of Sevierville, The River Place often books several months in advance - so it's never too early to secure your date. Pricing may vary based on the season, day of the week, and overall demand, with peak months and holiday weekends seeing the highest interest.
To officially reserve your date, a signed online agreement and a 50% date deposit are required. Please note that due to ongoing demand, we’re unable to hold dates without a deposit. Our friendly team is available to answer questions and accept bookings seven days a week for The River Place and our sister venues.
